1. What is your refund policy?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. If you have any questions, please email our customer service team before you make your purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Paypal.
All orders will be processed through Paypal’s secure payment processing. You can use a credit card without having a Paypal account. We accept money orders, cashier checks or cash payment for local pickups. No personal checks allowed.

3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All shipments in the US should arrive within 5-10 business days. However, if it takes longer, please be patient. If it has been over two weeks, feel free to contact us to look into the situation.

4. Has my order shipped?

We strive to get all orders shipped within 2-5 business days. It is important to note that sometimes (especially during new product launches) standard mail service orders could take an extra business day or two before shipping. Please also keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary. Once your order has shipped, you should receive an email confirmation of the shipment. For further questions, please email customer support or contact us by phone.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

6. How do I book a makeup artist?

Click on the “Book Me” listed under the contact tab and complete the information. Please allow 1-3 business days for a consultant to respond.

8. How much is shipping?

$8.95 flat fee for domestic within the United Stated.

9. What if I purchase the incorrect color?

All sales are final. Pictures are provided to ensure no mistake is made concerning the color of product you purchase.

10. How many lipsticks can I purchase at one-time?

Order are limited to three products each per person.

11. What if a product is out of stock?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for restock of items in the store.

No but it will allow you to see past orders and various information like address, items in cart, etc. You can easily make changes as necessary.
