If you wish to return or exchange a product please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the product. Subject to them being ‘UNOPENED’, ‘UNUSED’ in a ‘SALEABLE’ condition.
Returned products are subject to inspection by us.
We do not accept returns on used Makeup & Cosmetic items (including lashes due to hygiene reasons). Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being sent, always keep a proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

1.Standard Royal Mail Delivery 2-3 days– £2.80
2.Next Day Royal Mail Delivery though this does not include weekends or Bank Holidays – £4.99
